In early 2023, the Madrigal Chorale board underwent a series of workshops conducted by Hammond & Associates LLC designed to develop a new Strategic Plan for 2024-2027. This plan sets the foundation and framework to guide the annual operations of Madrigal Chorale. The resulting Strategic Plan is attached below.
